Supershake:
2 Scoops of Metabolic Drive
1 Serving Of Flaxseed
1 Serving of Greens +
1 Serving of Benefiber
1 Serving of Omegazyme Powder
1/4 Cup Oatmeal
1/4 Cup Yogurt
Fruit (1/2 Can Pineapple)
1Tlbs of Pumpkin
This is for really skinny dudes (like me):
2 cups of whole milk
2 scoops of chocolate Metabolic Drive
2 servings of peanut butter
1 banana
1 serving of Greens+
I think this is close to 1K Calories, with a buttload of healthy fats and protein.
Not quite a shake, but a bulker:
1 cup oatmeal
2 scoops whey protien (@40grams)
2 tbsp peanut butter
8 oz milk
2 spoons ground flaxseed
10g glutamine
cinnamon if desired
if you want a supershake… you could use grow instead of MD.
Also, add some olive oil or oatmeal or a brick.
1/2 cup Just Protein
1/2 cup Desingner Whey
3 cups of skim milk
1/2 cup of lowfat frozen yogurt
1 banana
1/2 cup strawberries
3 raw eggs
about 1000 calories and 115 grams of protein.
I don’t really measure anything…
Skim milk
1 carton frozen egg beaters (~4 eggs)
whey protein (preferably strawberry)
plain yogurt
wheat germ
frozen banana and/or strawberries
apple with skin

…sorry…
Super Fat Shake:
-water
-2 scoops of Metabolic Drive
-1 tbsp coconut oil
-1 tbsp olive oil
-2 tbsp flax meal
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
2 scoops natural peanut butter
Oatmeal
Pecans/Walnuts
Milk
Olive Oil/Eggs(if i feel like it)
the most important ingredient is ICE!!!
Blender of course is also important
1 cup green tea
1/2 cup berries
1/2 oz walnuts
1/2 oz almonds
1/3 cup 1% cottage cheese, no salt
1 tbsp flaxseed
1 scoop Metabolic Drive
Comes out delicious, thick, and it’ll stay that way for hours.
2 scoops whey protein
4 egg whites (approx.) from “All Whites”; pasteurized liquid egg whites
24 oz. skim milk
3-4 oz. (approx.) lowfat yogurt
Pretty simple PWO shake, but for a FB metabolism like I have, it keeps the carbs relativley low, but just enough to replace what was lost during the WO. And I figure with whey, milk, AND albumin protein, I’ll get a mixed-time release so it will feed my body longer. The yogurt helps with flavor and texture, and the active cultures are an added bonus.
Folks if you look hard enough you will be able to find pasteurised liquid egg in some places. It usually comes in small bottles equiv 5 eggs or larger milk type tetrapack containers. Ideal for shakes.
Alternively try the Celtic weight gainer :
1 pt Guiness
1 lb lard
1/2 lb Welsh Lamb
Blend till frothy.
2 Scoops Metabolic Drive
1 Cup Oats
Accidophilus
1 serving Greens+
1 cup berries
1 banana
Digestive enzyme powder
1 serving flax
16 oz. milk and 2-4 tbsp. PB if I want it.
When I do it all it’s about 1300 kCals.
Yeah. I’m skinny.
Oh and I’m going to start adding the glutamine maybe.

Hahaha! Love it!!
this makes about 3 servings, depending on what your definition of a serving is:
28 oz. milk (2% is good)
2 cups oats
3-4 oz olive oil
1 and 1/2 scoops Metabolic Drive or other similar protein powder
1 scoop whey
1 and a half cups cottage cheese
half cup plain yogurt
few scoops peanut butter
1 serving greens plus
play around with the amount of yogurt and peanut butter to get a consistency that you like.
