I recently started working my butt off to eventually compete in a bikini comp (hopefully summer 2017) and so far, results are starting to show. However, I’ve been looking into adding protein powder to my diet knowing the benefits of it are huge. I can’t seem to find one that tastes good tho. And when ever I make a protein shake, it either just tastes really bad or tastes decent but the texture is super grainy (and texture is huge for me).
Any suggestions on a protein powder to use?

There is one that is the best tasting and mixing of any that I have ever tried. Don’t really know the protocol regarding mentioning other brands. So if this breaks the rules then please delete my post
Optimum nutrition mint chocolate gold standard whey. By far the best I have ever tasted.
My two daily shakes both consist of 500g of fat free dairy quark and either 500ml of juice or something or water+fruits. Works well, tastes good and the texture is good.
PRE-WORKOUT
Vanilla Protein Powder
1 cup almond milk (no sugar added)
1 cup orange juice
1 cup corn or rice chex
REGULAR
Vanilla Protein Powder
1 cup almond milk (no sugar added)
1/2 cup blueberries (usually half strawberries)
1 cup spinach
15 almonds
1/2 cup Oats (old fashioned, not blended, soaked for hours not cooked)
