2 Scoops Banana Metabolic Drive
Giant ‘wad’ of Chocolate flavored Peanut Butter (PB Company in NYC)
Few ice cubes
-Blend and relax while kicking back and sipping from the blender glass (add a lil’ umbrella if you like)
Back when I was first trying to put on weight, I’d add in honey, flax oil, frozen berries, whatever wasn’t nailed down. Blenders can be a godsend.
2 Scoops vanilla protein or 1 vanilla protein 1 banana protein
almond milk
3 tablespoons of canned pumpkin(not pie filling)
few shakes of pumpkin pie spice
dash of cinnamon
3 tablespoons peanut butter or almond butter
more ice than liquid
sea salt
and if you have a Ninja blender it comes out like Ice cream
Tastes like a pumpkin pie shake!
I discovered one recently for those of you looking for a P F meal on the fly:
2 scoops vanilla protein
almond milk
1/2 avocado
nutmeg
ice
May sound odd, but just give it a try! I was at an avocado festival here in cali when I saw avocado icecream, and got to thinking avocado and a little bit of sweetness isn’t such a bad idea.

Tried this last night, except added cocoa powder and PB. Delicious!
I try to keep it fairly simple, and I don’t really measure, but here are the ingredients of my 2 faves:
Light Coconut milk, frozen pineapple, vanilla protein powder, ice cubes, optional banana…tastes like a pina colada (don’t tell but I’ve actually added rum once or twice.)
Dark Chocolate almond milk, left over coffee, banana, scoop of white chocolate peanut butter, scoop of chocolate protein powder, ice cubes.

Hey guise, i have a question. I have a bad habit of waking up late and having to get ready in a hurry and sometimes all i have time for is a shake, which sucks because i love eggs and since i started eating whole eggs again i have a lot more energy and feel much better.
Would it be safe to put uncooked whole eggs into my current breakfast shake? [/quote]
YES absolutely one hundred percent nothing wrong with raw eggs. As advised above get some good organic free range ones. SAFE. (if you’re super paranoid rinse off the shells thats actually where the salmonella usually comes from)

Agree 100%. Salonella fears are way overblown in this country. Only one out of 20,000 eggs have internal Salmonella (CDC Source). Meaning if I had one raw egg per day for the next 54 years, I’d likely come across ONLY ONE contaminated egg. Even if I assume that I will get infected by that egg (unlikely since I’m healthy), based on rates of more serious infection, I’d have to do this for 246,708 years to have a chance of getting a life threatening case. However since I’m young and healthy, that rate goes down even further, let’s say for arguments sake it’s reduced to 1/4 of the risk as someone who’s elderly. That would mean that i’d have to eat one raw egg per day for about 1,000,000 years before I’d come across a single egg that would pose a significant threat.
1 1/2 cups almond milk
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1 cup frozen berries (blueberry or strawberry usually)
2 tbsp sugar-free jell-o brand pudding mix (pistachio for strawberries, vanilla for blueberries are my favorite)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp peanut butter
ice to desired consistency
You can add some protein powder if you’re wanting more of a meal replacement. I just drink these with dinner to have something tasty/add a few calories.
