I am looking to get a rogue sandbag. However, there are cube, cyclone, block, and the standard one. Are some better suited for conditioning? I mean what is the big difference between the cube and standard one?
Probably overthinking this one. If you want it for conditioning anything heavy that you pick up and move will do the job. The standard will be fine for all general conditioning,
