Hi, I bought a squat rack a while ago, I can do all kind of exercise but I have a hard time imagining what pulling exercise horizontal and vertical. I can not do more than 5 pull ups, should I work on pull up or any suggestions ?? thanks
also, i got around 315lbs for a barbell, and up to 40lbs db , or 1 55lbs db. I got a bench, squat rack and some bands.

Pull-ups (different variations), Fat Man Pull-ups (horizontal pulling), Bent Over Rows, T-Bar rows (using a barbell loaded at one end and a corner), Single-Arm rows, Deadlifts
You can also use the bands to make pull-ups easier, since you can only do 5.
