Pulling for chest?
Doesn’t the chest “push”? If the chest were pulling(?) the only thing I could think that it might doing is some kind of fly motion(adduction). This isn’t really pulling.
Try opposites:
Bench Press - Hammmer Seated rows;
Incline Presses - Hammer pull-downs;
Press - pull-ups.
Try and pick exercise that have motion in the same plan of movement.
Hope is helps and Best of Luck.
First of all, what is the purpose of your question? Why would you need to do this, if it existed. The only thing I can think of is to stand facing away from a cable pully set at about below shoulder height. Push the cable forward at a slight upward angle and contract your chest as you do so. I useto do these with a rubber tubing while standing on the tubing (stand in the center so that I could push with both hands).
My routine looks like this:
Monday: Horizontal / Vertical Pulling
Tuesday: Quad Dominant
Thursday: Horizontal / Vertical Pushing
Friday: Hip Dominant
on Monday I am covering Traps, Shoulders, Lats, Bi's, and Tri's and I was wondering if there is a pulling exercise for the chest? on thursday I do Weighted dips and bench do you think this is sufficiant chest work?

Well, adding pullovers and movements like the full contact twist and wood chops will help fill out your torso. They are not directly chest movements, but there is some chest involvement.
If your following one of Ian Kings splits. i would say that you are not sure of how it works.
Pulling movements are ie. pull ups, chins, lat pulls ect verticle plane. Barbell rows, t-bar rows dumbell rows ect would fall into horizontel plane movements.
Pressing would be the opposite bench press ect horizontal plane well… you get the picture
