You could do them on either or both if you wanted to. Make sure to do them first in the workout since it is an explosive technical lift.
By Deadlift day, I assume you mean hip-dominant leg day. This would be the correct day to do these movements. Also, they need to be done early in the workout as they are a more complex and dynamic movement and thus the neural system needs to be fresh and not taxed.
