should i do power cleans at the beginning of my workout because i did them after deads and chins today and i was too fatigued to really pull any serious weight on the cleans. So if i do power cleans first, will that hurt my deadlift performance?
Why not dedicate one day of your push/pull (assuming you’re doing 2xweek push and 2xpull) to the power clean and another to the dead (putting each first on their respective days).
It’d sort of be like training one max effort lower day (deadlifting) and one dynamic effort day (cleans). Might be something to think about.

thanks! what a great idea. i guess trial and error works best.
