What Bodyparts Do I Need to Bring Up?

Like everyone else has said, good mass! Good job, especially delts/triceps. Not much else to say, apart from chest…carry on with the incline and decline work…

As for the diet thing (when you do it), just bear in mind not to do it all in one go. In other words, break it up with higher calorie/carb periods. The best way to lose muscle or hit a brick wall with fat loss is to be on a diet for longer than 12+ weeks without any calorie/carb cycling.

Don’t cut carbs out completely either, another big mistake many make; energy goes down, you lose more muscle, intensity in the gym sucks, hormones get screwed up etc.

Good luck with your goals![/quote]

Thanks for the advice, I’ll definately be following the advice of those who’ve gone before me. I might even hire someone to aid me in my dieting. Either way I will be doing it in an intelligent and gradual manner (no V-diet for me ;)).

Thanks, noted.

Hey man good work, Your tris are great.
But WTF were you doing in that vid lol you tried to do an abdominal and thigh pose bulked up and with long pants on lol. I agree though posing is a lot harder than most people give credit for.

I have no idea how CT feels about it now, but in his Black Book he talked about posing to aid in muscularity.

Haha I have no idea! haha first time doing some of those poses. I’ll definately have to practice/learn the mandantories (I’m guessing I missed probably half or more)…

I’ve heard that from a lot of sources. I’m guessing since it’s all concentrics/isometrics, posing is essentially “eccentricless training” that everyones all pumped up about as of late ;]

Looking solid, deat.

Actually, your body reminds me a lot of my own, along with structural strengths and weaknesses.

You didn’t put up pics of your hammies, though.
But I guess they’ll need some work; I’ve yet to meet someone with hammies that are too big for the quads.

Otherwise: tris, pecs, lateral delts.
Kudos to you for your rear delts.
Back width was already mentioned, but I still go with the top 3 ‘neglected’ muscle groups I’ve already mentioned. You got some serious size, but improving those will go a long way in making you appear even bigger.

Go kick some ass.
