Training/bodybuilding is a way of life i’ll never stop…not trying to compete nor will i ever but i’m always looking to improve my strength and physique and be as healthy as possible. Just want to see what people think, criticism is fine i know theres a lot i can improve on! not really trying to get too huge though 185 is about as heavy as i wanna get which should be no problem with Anaconda
As far as diet goes I pretty much eat fairly high protein usually at least 200g, moderate to high carb 200-300g maybe under 200 on non training days, and plenty of healthy fats: almonds, olive oil, walnuts, Flameout, FA3. I dont count calories or measure food i dont need to be that precise, i know how much i need to eat and dont eat much junk so i dont worry about the cals.
For training i use low reps ramping the weights as christian advises…usually train chest/back, legs/abs, shoulders/bis/tris. Hit each muscle group every 4 or 5 days
Nice triceps. I gave you a 5. Nice physique but chest and legs are lacking. I’d like to see a video of you squatting 340 below parallel. Keep up the good work.
Those are some wicked triceps. I don’t think your 185lbs target is reasonable though, you should aim much higher since I can’t imagine an extra 10lbs making a significant difference to your physique.
yeah i dont know why i said that and thats definitely not my attitute when training. i guess i just meant that i dont really mind if i dont get super heavy but it looks like i should aim for 190-195 which would be a solid amount of muscle for my frame. Better get eating! good timing for thanksgiving
I gave ya a 5. Let’s get them wheels going like you said. If you can bench 290 I know you’re slacking on your lower body days. Anyways, 10-15lbs of lean muscle will make you look rock solid bro. Keep up the good work.
