What Are Your Long-Term Plans?

What are your long-term plans? Mine is to finish ABBH which I’m loving. Then I will be doing a cut for my sister’s wedding at the end of September. I will most likely do Triple Total Training during the cut. I definitely do not need to cut up until the wedding. I don’t have that much fat to lose. After the cut, I plan to eat at maintenance until the wedding. During this time I’ll do SFM.

I think it will be good to prepare for my next bulking phase after the wedding as I’ll be able to lift larger loads. For the next bulking phase, I’ll either do a program of my own making or one of T-Nation’s. How bout you guys (and girls)?

I will be doing nothing but bodyweight calisthenics this summer along with sprints eventually.

Next time I get hit by a car, instead of yelling at the person, I’m gonna flip their car over on its side, THEN yell at them. Through the sunroof.
Howzat?

Currently 5 feet 8, 176 pounds at 17-18% BF.

Gain LBM over the next couple years so that I can be around 190 pounds 12% BF.

I was thinking of cutting for the beach this summer but decided to keep my shirt on and bulk another 2-3 months.

How come? You’re looking to stay at a specific weight for a sport? Or you just don’t want to get bigger at all anymore? Or just a phase in your training?

You’re thinking too short-term. haha.

Focusing on the 1-arm dumbell snatch. I’m also working on power cleans and push presses, but the most energy is for the db snatch. Strength/power-to-bodyweight first, more size secondary.

I’m experimenting to see how this effects my squat and deadlift numbers while just trying something entirely different for me.

And another child.

Long term, its a continuous bulking phase until I hit 250.

In the immediate short term, I’m working a lot on my triceps, as benching seems to be my weakest lift.

Live a healthy, fulfilling life and promote wellness amongst the people I interact with. Enjoy LIFE. Enjoy my family and spend as much time with my kids as humanly possible before they grow up and move away to enjoy their lives. Strive to do the right thing and live as an example to others.

my long-term goal is to one day look like Caveman.
