Retire and go back to school, fuk I hate working. (Sorry I couldn’t resist)! Remember school only lasts 4 years or so, working is for the rest of your life (30+ years and counting already).

Short term (6 months) :

Bench 225

Squat Bodyweight x 2 ( 350 ish)

Deadlift Bodyweight x 2

T levels above 500 (probably not within 6 months , if at all)

BF below 18%

Medium-Range Goals (18 months from now to be specific)

Bodyweight: 180
Bodyfat % ~ 7

Bench 315
Squat 405
Deadlift 405

The #'s for lifts aren’t nearly as important to me as aesthetics.

my goals are to get up to a 215 bodyweight with 10-12% bf. i got 20lbs to go :0
for the end of the semester:

Bench- back to 300# if my shoulder holds up :0
Squat- 375-400
DL- 450+

Long term- get as much muscle mass as possible    and maybe enter into a powerlifting competiton if i meet my goals. The biggest thing is to stay as focused as i can and cut back on all the partying and girls which is tough. but your only young once hehe

Overhead Press BW x 5 (up to 145x5; BW @ 152)
Deadlift 405 (have done 365)
20 pullups (have done 18)

Look better Nekkid.
Enjoy what I do.
