So, i got my strength and conditioning program today and was kinda confused about this exercise if anybodys ever heard of it or done it please explain it to me. and yes i tried google and i even tried youtube.
Theyre pretty self explanitory. get a hex bar (the ones you stand inside and can use for deadlifts). Basically squat down to pick it up, jump, then lower. i would recommend using rubber weights, but if you cant dont worry, just make sure you do them on a lifting platform or rubber mats. they’re really good football lifts.
