I am going to have to disagree with you saying that Wendler is stronger now, take a look at his DL from back when he was competiing and take a look at it now. He used to pull over 700 in competition, and from looking at his log it appears that he can’t do that anymore.
Dear Mr. Cashcrew,

Please let me inform you about the truth, not about your ā€œtruth.ā€ The only lift that I am weaker at now is the bench press. I have pressed 455x1 with a close grip. I did press 470x3 with a wide grip weighing over 280lbs. Now, at 230, I am weaker.

My press is up 25lbs.
My deadlift is WAY up, depsite what you say. I have pulled 710 at 230lbs, and my deadlift of 700 wasn’t exactly text book.

My squat is all conjecture really. Hard to tell as I never trained without equipment.

Couple that with a stronger clean, stronger chins, and stronger heart.

Yes, I am stronger. If you have any more questions about my lies (lifts), please let me know. Feel free to contact me at EFS.
Now class notice with his skills Mr Wendler is able to tell Mr Cashcrew to Fuck off without even saying it. Bravo Mr.Wendler Bravo… my hat is off to you. Also I would like to thank you.I listen to some EyehateGod that is some bad ass shit.

I didn’t think you were lying, I thought the other posters were misinformed on your lifts, I had recently read through your log and I noticed that you were deadlifting 5-something for reps, and I remembered that your best when you were competing was over 700. Nowhere in my post did I say that you were lying, so don’t get too worked up about it. If you would read a little further down you will see that I took back what I said because someone stated that you hurt your back and you haven’t been using as much weight lately.

Dear Jim Wendler Nut Huggers (there’s a lot of you)

I didn’t see any bitch slapping by him. If Jim would have read my other post that was probably half a page down he would have seen that I took back what I said after I was corrected. I admitted I was wrong early in the posts, so why don’t all of you take 2 minutes out of your day and stop kissing his ass and read my posts.

This is typically where I would leave a thread because it has died a horrible death, but, this piqued my interest. For the record I’ve only heard of Jim Wendler and 5/3/1, I’ve not taken the time to read up on the info, yet. With that being said, crashcrew56, there comes a time to leave a thread or for that matter any ā€œsituationā€ with your dignity and respect intact. I think you still have time.

The only nuts I hug are my own.

For those of you who are too lazy…

Jim pulls more than 700 easily now. His back is hurt right now and he’s taking it easy with deadlifts (lighter with more reps).
I stand corrected. Well I guess that’s what I get for not reading his log enough. I was wondering why he was doing so many reps on his DLs when I was looking through his log.
Dude, there are 5 pages of people (including you as one of the main culprits) nitpicking everything about one guys comments, and calling him out for what YOU saw as inconsistencies/false assumptions, and now you are going to go and be sensitive sally because you got called out on an incorrect assumption you made?

The problem I had with it, was the fact that I was already corrected and already admitted that I was wrong

EVERYBODY. This has been a 5 page long wang waving thread. Lets all swallow our pride, take a deep breath, and become nice easygoing powerlifters again. This isnt about bashing one another, its about helping. And all everyone is doing is either starting shit or adding to the shit.

LOLOLOLOL I think I just peed a little in my pants…thanks for the laughs.

I frequent several forums and this one by far, has the most ā€œshit talkinā€ and argumentative nature about it but those forums don’t have the smoking hot chick pic on them…

you know its bad when people start agrueing about what other people can lift. damn.
