Westside for Weak Bastards

Unfortunate that Louie Simmons does not post on here, I would like to see his response to the obviously well educated and well sexed op

Wait…so you took a powerlifting program that was adapted to be used with athletes and adapted it to powerlifting?

Wait what?

Winner. I think somebody named Dave Tate posted something just like this a few years ago.

Yeah, some random dude named Dave Tate, I think he’s a wrestler or Football coach or something lol

its like i have seen all this before…

Read the article and you will notice i reference Westside for Skinny Bastards. This routine is more for powerlifters than athletes. Joe Defranco is and athletic strength coach, therefore he trains athletes. Notice I posted this as a powerlifting thread. It is meant to be used by powerlifters who do not need all the exercises for sports as athletes do. Also, if you will read i point out we have different fews on things like dynamic squats and bench. Incompetence is taking over the world I swear.
what do you squat bench and deadlift?
I squat 375, Bench 250 and deadlift 350
and do you really think with them numbers you have the knowledge and experience to be writing a program for powerlifters?
I mean i looked through your training log and looks like my numbers are better than yours. The last time you squatted you got what like 240 five times. And your body weight is 240. I don’t really think you have the strength to be wondering if someone’s knowledge is great enough to write
my numbers would only be relevant if i was posting a program which am not, dude you do know you seem like a ignorant bastard for posting one of the most well known powerlifting routines and calling it your own.
Ill play by those rules.

“You dont have the knowledge or experience to create a program” “If you have never felt 500+ on your back before, how are you gonna tell people how to squat with it?”

Besides WESTSIDE is “westside for powerlifter!” lol

you hit the nail on the head my friend

AWESOME THREAD!

I believe I’m going to write a “Westside for Hawt Abs” routine.

Ahahahahaha!

Where’s the op now?

Westside for Hawt abz? Would that entail ME crunches? DE not eating? Chains attached to our forks so we don’t want to lift them to our mouths? Or just chains around the fridge?

Yeah, I wouldn’t mind getting a response from him

.??

It’s a reference to the trend of people who are not Louie Simmons, have never trained at Westside Barbell Club and who may not even be powerlifters at all naming their programs “Westside.”

This is a really good idea, have 3 ME ABZ days a week and that’s really all you need.

I also think it would be much more popular if it was accompanied by a “Westside for Hawt Abz, Brad Pitt from Fightclub” template, where you do extra workouts where you don’t eat.

Dude even though you are hating on me this shit literally made me lol. I almost died

DE = Projectile vomiting?

Ah, it is really not you, in my case anyway. It’s your predecessors’ “Westside” naming practice, as in Westside for Fat Bastards, etc, for programs which I highly doubt anyone at Westside Barbell Club would ever do.

Shit Bill, where’d you get that picture of Hanley?

After “Westside For Hawt Abs” comes out, I am going to steal every idea from it then write “Westsdie For Picking Up Hot Guys In A Bar At The Beach In The Summertime.”
