what do you squat bench and deadlift?
I squat 375, Bench 250 and deadlift 350
and do you really think with them numbers you have the knowledge and experience to be writing a program for powerlifters?
I mean i looked through your training log and looks like my numbers are better than yours. The last time you squatted you got what like 240 five times. And your body weight is 240. I don’t really think you have the strength to be wondering if someone’s knowledge is great enough to write

thread wins in the fail department.

Why does your routine make your deadlift so low? If you explained that in the middle of your essay and I’m being incompetent, I apologize.

So wait, let me get this straight. This is the “powerlifting” style of WS4SB which was developed from the Westside template? Too many conversions for me. Pick one or the other. You are 16, you’re numbers aren’t bad, but just pick a template and go with it.

Clearly you’ve never had sex.
Unless you are hugh hefner, you don’t have the authority for this statement. I lost my virginity when i was twelve, if you knew me you could tell. I’m not saying for everyone to drink milk. I’m not telling anyone to follow this program. i’m telling people how i modified the program my way to produce great gains for me quickly. Just in case they are confused and don’t know what the hell to do. Now i’m not saying i’m the authority to tell people what to do while they lift. but this is for folks who are confused. I care less what ya’ll think. Its a forum. If you come lift with me you would know me and thats all i can say. Come lift and see if you don’t get gains. And You may be right that people have done this before but i haven’t read it. I just do what makes me gain. So anyone in the georgia area come train with me just one day.
Do you have a learning disability?

so looking like you do mr. mullis, why do you think you have the right to even post something like this?

Give the guy some slack… hes 16. Thinks hes the king of the world and knows everything. The man lost his virginity at 12?!? Hes grown.

So these guys leave soon right? Isn’t the New Years thing over by now?

my numbers would only be relevant if i was posting a program which am not, dude you do know you seem like a ignorant bastard for posting one of the most well known powerlifting routines and calling it your own.

Haha, this is a true statement…the part about posting a well know routine. If you listen to no other advice OP, hear this. You’re thinking too much, and it’s great that you have a ton of energy, but direct it towards lifting. At your age, to be honest, it doesn’t matter what program you’re on, so long as your lifting heavy and hitting compound lifts hard. Some may disagree, but I made some pretty good progress in high school just on that principle alone. Just go and lift, stop thinking.

Then maybe leave the routine writing to someone who doesn’t… dude.
