Covid tests for the ex and for the boy came back. Negative. Good news that the first zombies I have to crush won’t be related to me.

Meanwhile, just did an arms day. Meadows says I can do that. Or at least, he told that to a Youtube video audience, and I felt he was speaking directly to my heart. I won’t log anything specific, because it was basically just bullshit anyway. Trying to focus on lighter weights (which goes without saying when you have puny biceps) and good reps, all the squeezing, hitting the different heads and what not. It was fine.

I feel that the plural form of Biceps should be Bicepses.

Yeah, we get along fine. She actually lives only about 100 meters away, as it makes it easier for the kids to pop back and forth.

Is that just a pull-pork burger, or do you really mean an actual pork roast? Damn, I love pork roast.

Upper body all sore today, just a compilation of pains from the last 2 or 3 days. Not really time for a lower body day yet, so I just punched and kicked Bob for a bit.

Tacos for dinner tonight. That seems important.

About to start week…9…of this being at home thing. Getting kinda old. I am happy enough that I can do decent work with the shitty equipment I have, but I miss the gym. Hell, when it opens up again I might go all crazy and actually TALK to people there. Pretty extreme, I know.

Upper body is still all DOMSy, which is annoying. This always happens when I overdo the dips, but shit, that was days ago. Not going to take a day off, because yesterday was a Bob day, and the day before was a bicepses day, which is basically the same as having two days off. So shoulder day today, even though I am not feeling quite up to it. Decide to do the opposite of last week. Heavier with only a few reps. What a shitshow.

I know it has been a couple months, and that my BW is down, but fuck me sideways. I actually had to wiggle my knees to get that 75 up. Also a good demonstration where I basically failed a lift that I am pretty sure I would have got if I didn’t have to clean it with this little toy sized bar first. Oh well. My anger and disappointment will have to be put to good use somehow.

Did a 350 set at 39kg to finish it off. Could probably have done a few more kilo on that one. Also, for some reason I always end up at 53 total reps. So I am going to brand this as my own program now and call them “353 sets”.
