If you go back over the years (which you should not do), my log is littered with bodyweight stuff like Muscle-ups, Handstand pushups and box jumps, plus a lot of grief and teasing from my fellow posters as a result. This new, fat knacker version who barely does anything interest is a relatively new thing.

Yeah, I am 52. And lean doesn’t look good on me.
More pressing. I am trying to increase frequency here a bit. Gentle warmups on the barbell, and then decided to finally go after the 46 kilo dumbbells. Needed a spotter to get them up, but then I was off. The feeling of increased weight was significant, but nothing I haven’t felt before. Now I know I can do it, I can hopefully improve it.
