Ugh. Off day yesterday. A bit over-tired and underfed. Bad combination for squats. Did the work (and bumped up the backoff sets a tiny bit to punish myself). Everything felt terrible. Might be time for my Man-struation.

No swinging or bringing legs up!? I tried those yesterday and alllllmost got high enough to cross over. After watching the form video apparently itās common to swing a little and drive your legs into your chest quickly for momentum
Yeah, that is a good way to start, but if you really want to show off you do them with a dead hang and straight legs. The subsequent reps will obviously get a reflex and a little swing involved.
