Weird, but impressive

It’s like you don’t even know me. Here’s a post from the spring lockdown.

Damn I’m one of your loyal 13 followers and still didn’t remember this. My apologies, good sir. Pretty impressive.

No worries mate, just messing with ya. They’re not that impressive, probably easier than most people think.

Eh I don’t know. To a big guy like me it looks very difficult

You said “looks”, but have you ever actually tried it? Worst thing that can happen is pretty much absolutely nothing.

Would have to call my insurance first about their policy on facial reconstruction surgery. But after that I could go for it.

See? You already have a plan!

Nope. Once upon a time I tried doing them by using my own progression. I faced the wall and worked my feet up it to get going. I started at a steep Incline and worked my way in. I don’t think I ever got to vertical before moving on to something else.

What? No! Don’t belittle yourself. Watched the video and you’re a freak! You’d see me struggle so much and with a bit more incline lol

Show me, don’t tell me.

Last week, first set (so by far the easiest)

Not shabby at all mate. Although I never understood why people do it facing the wall…I mean, sure, it lets you incline a bit, but it also gets you out of ideal pressing position for your shoulders. IMO, just go up to the wall like you own it, back to the wall and get totally vertical. Anyone can do it!

Maybe easier to get in a handstand? I would imagine I have higher chances of success that way.

Doesn’t seem like that would be easier. Only one way to find out…film yourself doing both and post it here.

It’s very possible I’ll try this tomorrow… if I drink enough today.

Yes, I recommend an absolute raging hangover during the attempt.

The trick is to still be hammered.

I just tried to do a wall supported hand stand and it actually worked right away. You’re on!
