when i do plyos and weights on the same day back to back what order should they go in? weights first then plyos? or plyometrics first then wegihts?
My goal is to dunk and i’m about to start the vertical jump bible beginner program.

weight:167lbs
1RM deadlift:295
Squat: 245
bench:175

I would suggest pylos first then weights.
And I would suggest stronger that you do weights one day and sprints and pylos together a separate day.
aight cool, i just assumed do them on the same day because thats what the program recomends

If your playing enough basketball you won’t even need plyos for a while. What’s holding you back is more likely to be leg strength then lack of elastic reactivenss.
