Weightgainer Without Artificial Sweeteners

Can anyone recommend a weight gainer that doesn’t have artificial sweeteners in it? Also i’d like to stay away from maltodextrin and dextrose.

you’re going to have to home-make them if you don’t want artificial sweeteners.

Where can you buy the ingredients then? I’d like to make some unsweetened protein powder to add to my shake, the rest of the ingredients are more then enough to sweeten it.

in that case, what is everyones’ recommendations for a weight gainer powder?

cytogainer

use it you will

Why would any WEIGHT GAINER have artificial sweeteners in it? The whole point is the calories.

Maltodextrin is one of the most bio-available carbohydrate sources. I don’t know why you would want to avoid it.

Why don’t you just get a tub of Grow! Whey or Metabolic Drive Complete? You could always add sugar and/or mix it with whole milk to up the calories.

i dont know why they would have artificial sweeteners. i’ve noticed a couple that use Splenda.
I’ve used maltodextrin in the past in my post-workout drink and my stomach did not appreciate it. i’m sure i was using alot more malto in my post-WO drink then what is found in a weight gainer so if someone could give me a “what and why” i’d appreciate it.

Any thoughts on the tastiest cytogainer flavor, I’ve used vanilla & strawberries n’ cream, and I’m considering trying chocalate malt. Is it any good?

I fell in love with vanilla shake. Had no desire to try any other flavors.

BEEFCAKE!!!

MILK!!!

I’ve been using up your mass by mhp. Good source of carbs, but a lot of people on here wouldn’t like it because it’s first protein listed is soy.

2 servings a day, I’ve gained 10+ lbs in the past month.

Meh

Buy some rolled oats, some pure protein powder, some creatine maybe, some mult-vits, some vitc maybe, some caffeine…or anything powdery that you like

Blitz the rolled oats till they turn to fine powder, then add the protein and everything else. Make sure that the ratio means you get at least 20g+ protein per serving. Caffeine should not be more than 0.5g per serving (I think you should check) and creatine should not be more than 5g/servings (useless after).
