Can anyone recommend a good Weight sled in England like the ones on EliteFTS?
Wheelbarrow and some rope. Remove the wheels and take of the skids.
Could do it that way i guess but i would prefer to buy a proper sled like the ones they sell on EliteFTS. Anyone know where i could get one?
You could buy a tractor tyre and put a rope around it, when the tyre becomes to light your add another tyre.
During rugby training, we used to drag slabs on concrete (like the one you would get on a pavement, they aren?t that heavy on there own) that had a rope tied around and attached to a dipping belt, just add more of them as you get better at it… worked wonders.
