It is nice to have expensive equipment but your money should be more wisely spent.
Make one. Either a tyre(tire) an eye bolt and some dog leads and some chains to attach the dog leads to with carabiners . A tire isn’t not micro adjustable like a metal or plastic sled . However you don’t need to chuck loads of plates on to get a lot of resistance hence its convenience.
