I’m fourteen years old, I have a pretty hard-core four-day workout routine, I eat everything in sight, I use weight gainer, andI supplment my diet with those things that are neccesary for building muscle, I really need to gain weight, I weigh 160 pounds, and need to gain at least eleven more pounds, can anyone help me, I really need it. thank you, Chris
p.s.- the weight that I put on would need to be almost pure muscle, I know that eleven pounds of muscle in a fairly short time seems tough, but I need to do it, please help.
