Please help Me

i am 26, 6’2 and wigh only 157, bf-10%.
I am training from past 17 months, i gained only about 15 lbs. As far as diet is concerned i took 3000-3500 calories in which 250 grams of protein and abt 300 grams of carbs . My metabolism is too high.I used creatine, isolate whey, and n-large2.
I took one month off as i didnt know what to do i did a lot of research on Ph and PCT.

Now ,i want to try Ph cycle and i am desperate to gain lots of muscle and get a good physic.i am very serious about this. I will be gald if you guys helps me.
plzz help me in doing the cycle and the diet …thankyou

I notice you are rather new here.

First off I will simply start by saying a PH/PS cycle will not help you.

If you cant gain weight without assistance then you will just be wasting money taking any assistance.

You Need To EAT MORE. Your protein looks great, carbs o.k., how is you fat intake.

If I were in your situation I would simply take down as many clean sources of carbs and fats to go along with that protien intake as I could. Go for dense sources. Potatoes, rice, oats,bread etc… eat plenty of nuts, red meat, fatty fish, whole milk.

An easy way many have added weigth is by simply adding a whole container of natty peanut butter to what they are allready consuming.

You need to eat big, train hard and breif and rest. Minimal cardio.

Getting discouraged and just stopping to study wont help. Study and learning is always great but only if you put it to use.

So in short pick a solid program off this site, any and all are great, just pick one that catches your eye. Then anytime that you are not totally full to the point you think you might get sick. That means it is time to eat again.

Oh I forgot whole eggs also.

If you have a really high metablolism and can’t gain weight, 15 pounds isn’t that bad. You have to find out how much it takes to stimulate growth and just do that. Don’t do anymore than you need to if you want to keep the calories. Basically eating more is the only thing that can make you gain weight. I know it’s tough.

nlarge2 is garbage, i remember using that before i turned to biotest products… there is no comparison

as for gaining weight, as everyone will say, eat everything in sight…

i mean, if bulking up is what you really want to do, you can throw all food logs out of the window, and eat all day, every hour, but still try to eat clean.

i did the above^, gain 45 lbs in a short amount of time, probably 10-15 lbs of fat… (6 months)

ya the fat sucks but you can take Hot Rox and follow berardi’s advice and you are set…

eat till you throw up, then, eat some more!

Gonakin, Pretzel Logic is right: 15 pounds is not bad. At your pace (approximately 1 lb per month), in 5 years (at 31) you will reach 220 lbs, probably with a good bodyfat %. Choose the proper nutrition, the big compound movements and in a few years you will become big and lean.
