Need to Gain Weight

I need to gain atleast 15 pounds of muscle. I’m about 5’7" 150 pounds, i lift 4 days a week on my own and one day with a trainer. I’m a junior in high school, and play baseball. I wanna be atleast 165 by February. I take whey protein shakes but am going to switch over to Metabolic Drive. I’m going to start taking Animal Pak and DHEA. Creatine is not an option. I eat like a normal teenager. Don’t have a great diet, probably a joke to body builders. How can I gain muscle?

You fucking eat fast food and lots of meat. And sleep a lot. Eat past satiety.

Eating like a normal teenager isn’t going to get you phenominal results. For diet I would read alot of J. Berardi stuff, good stuff on the site here he also has his own site.
Lifting-wise: I bought Dinosaur Training by Brooks Kubik this winter and I think it helped me alot, just keep adding weight to the bar when you can and you will gain muscle.
I went from 150 last year at this time to 185-190 now could have gained more but had to cut for wrestling.

There are 3 words you should always remember when trying to gain weight. “Just fucking eat” that’s it.

Eat more good food, up your calorie intake, don’t just stuff anything down your mouth otherwise you are going to be struggling to take off that useless weight at a later time.
