Hey guys, I am back from vacation and has started working out following my new workout routine. I am doing the Precision Nutrition recomendation for my diet and Muscle Revolution by Chad Waterbury. I’ve increase my calorie a bit since my goal for the next 15 weeks is to gain some lean muscle mass. I am doing the ABBH (Anti Bodybuilding Hypertrophy) program. It seem to be less workout than I used to do in my previous program but I will stick to it and see the results in 8 weeks. I also created a website just like the last program to document everything, unfortunately I cannot post the address here since I have been warned by the moderators not to publish it here. Nice work so far. Not that ABBH isn’t a good program and can’t yield good gains for anyone, but it is geared more towards beginners [or intermediate lifters at the least]. If you like Waterbury programs, and are looking for something more challenging, you might want to try TBT.

Thanks for the message. I will look into TBT and see if it makes more sense for me to do that program. ABBH is definietely less work than I am used to. I think I am hitting the right prescribed percentage of 1RM and yet I am not getting the feeling that I am hitting the muscle hard. Does anyone else in the board have any comments?

As someone said earlier, you picked a goal, set yourself a timeframe, and you made it. That rarely seems to happen anymore. I am impressed. Good luck with your next conquest…
