Here’s the final result of my 15 week program. Tell me what you think of my progress and critique me. I had one specific goal on this program - Have a six pack by the time I turn 40 years old. Some of you might have heard of it (6P40 Quest: http://www.T-Nation.com/tmagnum/readTopic.do?id=1796678 ).I did not gain much muscle mass with the program but that is by design and expected.
I learned so much about my body in the last 15 weeks that I think my next program will be more wisely designed. I’ve also have finish reading a few books in the last few months that I think will help me this year. (Nutrient Timing by John Ivy, Muscle Revolution by Chad Waterbury). I also purchased Precision Nutrition by John Berardi. These books along with T-Nation are my main information resources for my new program. I am off to Hawaii tomorrow to celebrate my 40th birthday (January 18) and when I get back I will start a new program I will call My Muscle Revolution 2008. Thanks.

This is one of the toughest week for me. Week 13 - Christmas week. See the two boxes of pies in the counter? I gave my self a break that week. I ate half of the pumpkin pie on Christmas day before even making it to my moms house.
Nice job- congratulations. Most people talk shit (myself included sometimes) to those who shoot for the “six pack” look, but fuck man, you stuck to your plans and you posted consistently. It’s obvious that you have what it takes to stay dedicated and focussed.
Did I read that you ar 40? Damn bro, you look younger than me and I’m 29.
T-Man lifestyle - Doing a few sets of pull up’s and chin up’s while on vacation in Hawaii. Man, I thought Filipinos eat a lot of pork, Hawaiians eat a lot more I think. Every Hawian food I had so far is pork. In any case, I have been keeping my self active with hikings, snorkeling and few sets of pull ups, push ups, chin ups and crunches daily. Having a blast here with my family. 6 pack is holding up I think.
