I have the one a day vitamin and mineral pills, question is, as I am training, should I take more than the daily dosage or would it be harmful?
considering the poor nutrient quality of most multi’s on the market coupled with the especially poor absorption if they happen to be in tablet form I’d say go ahead and take more. One thing you might note is the amount of Vitamin A which can become toxic at certain levels
synthetic vitamins should not be taken in large doses, especially when the diet is lacking in real nutrients.
one example is eating oysters. eat over half a pound of them and you get many times the amount of zinc that supposedly causes nausea and all that.
