I was wondering if anyone knew whether or not it really matters when you take a multi-vitamin. i have been taking them in the morning as soon as i wake up for years now, off and on that is. But for some reason when i was on the thrown today, i took a glance over at a bottle of vitamins sitting on the sink and i thought if it would have the same effect if i took them at night before bed instead…just a thought.

Take them with i.e. during or right after food to maximize their absorption. You also want a good one that gives much more than the RDAs which are about as adequate as the standard protein suggestions.

If you are eating alot of good foods and particularly MRP’s a day, you dont even need a multi vitamin. I only use em when i take a break from MRP’s, and sure i take em at nite, morning… whenever i can remember.
