Does anyone here supplement vitamins and minerals? If so what do you take? People tell me that I should be supplementing extra zinc, vitamin c, magniesium, vitamin b-6, b-12, and topping if off with a multivitamin in the morning and then at night. Is this a good idea? I’m just your typical T-Man wanting to make sure I’m not lacking in nutrients.
vitamins should be one of those supplements you should always take, kinda like protein powder. you can get a lot of the nutrients from food, but most people don’t eat enough fruits and veggies to (sort of like you can get all your protein from whole foods, but most people dont because it is inconvienient). any good multivitamin is better than nothing. personally i get mine at Sams. i take 1 multi and 1 vitamin E in the morning and then 1 vitamin E capsule and 1 vitamin C tablet postworkout. this pretty much gets the job done for a pretty cheap price. berardi has a good article on the different vitamins and what they do and how much you need. not sure the name of it though. i think it was called “are you getting rusty” or something like that. hope this helps.
