Anyone remember a video of Thib squatting at the Elitefts compound? I believe Tate and Kroc we’re there. It was a few years back can’t seem to find it. Pretty sure it started with ‘woke up this morning’ by Leonard Cohen.

I think there’s an article he wrote about the experience if I’m not mistaken.
It was Dave Tate squatting, not I. I trained the bench press when I was at the compound (did 435).
I love that vid, have watched it many times. When Dave is talking about passion…always gets me fired up.

Not sure if it’s too much to ask, but any chance we get to see a full training session of you, CT? Just you being in the gym doing your thing for an hour or two? I don’t know what it is, but I love watching people train.
This is a guilty pleasure of mine: sometimes I record myself and then watch my own training in the evenings for an hour or so. LOL
