Help Finding an Old CT Routine

Can’t recall the name (obviously) but each session had 3x8 on squat, bench and deadlift (?) not sure as I believe there were options but these 3x8 were done regardless of the muscle group being trained that day. Anyone with a deep memory? Tried wayback machine but came up empty.
Thanks in advance

Could you have the reps wrong?

@Voxel, although that program does what I’m inquiring about, that’s not the one. It wasn’t a forum post, it was an article released probably 7-8 years ago.
I’m finding many of these training programs, that once promoted Anaconda, Mag-10, I3G, etc, have vanished.
But thank you.

I’ve been doing a lot of Googling to try to help you out here, and I’m coming up empty in terms of T-Nation articles, but on his Thibarmy site he has an article that seemingly fits these parameters called “Simple, Guaranteed Strength and Size”.

How did you enjoy this program back in the day? I’m assuming it was pretty good if you’re looking for it again.

@davemccright, 9 years so, I was the poster boy for a 2-A and the (essentially) full body routine gave this stimulus junkie a satisfactory dose so I was able to finish it out as opposed to program jumping. I was using the full Biotest arsenal: I3G, Finabars, Anaconda (I believe), etc. and gained 11 pounds while noticeably leaning out. I PR’d my bench and deadlift. Everything seemed “right” with this program-frequency, progression, duration, etc. I’m looking forward to seeing what it can do for me now at 57 and without all the supplements (can’t justify the cost now that I’m older and have to look toward the future) but I’ll miss the Finabars (chocolate and peanut butter together are sooooo good) and I3G as that allowed me to have a post workout gyro platter every night! Gonna miss ‘em.

By the way, I didn’t do any of the specialization workouts.

I’m also a 2A and the program sounds pretty damn awesome. I’m excited to see how your results are this time around! Definitely keep us updated!

Edit: Have you checked out Fortitude Training? Thibs has plugged it before and it’s perfect for stimulus junkies. Also full body and lots of variation. I made tremendous gains with it. I documented it all in my log

Please do keep us posted. I remember it being hard, so I’m very curious how you fare

I tried to do it but my shoulder couldn’t stomach benching that frequently. On paper it always had a great appeal to me.
