yeah if you listen to what he’s talking about he said he doesn’t pair up back/biceps, because he can’t work his biceps after doing back with the intensity he would like where as triceps he can…

Definitely, those binges are insane. Dude is massive though. He was talking about how he went from like 200 to like 250 from a friday to the following wednesday from those binges or something lol. Just insane

Oh ok, I thought that vid was from like another seperate day or something. I find after doing back I dont have the energy to do anything else at all lol.
