You laughed and.mocked me when I said someone with your “stats” should be putting down trick dunks, then when I posted someone with those stats doing tricks you made excuses for yourself. I played ball on Thursday for the first time in probably 5 months and was dunking the ball with ease.

You practice several times a week wearing ballet slippers and doing everything you can to jump higher and you still can’t do shit. I will post vids this week of a 2 handed off a drop step, a 2 hand cock back, and a reverse. If you can’t do any of those I don’t want to hear your excuses, I just want you to shut the fuck up and stop polluting this thread with your psycho bullshit. See y’all shortly.

of course it’s cool that you really like to work on your vert, but there are lots of high school ballplayers (even up here in canada) that can do that without quarter squatting 3 plates in their back yard, wearing track waffles and videotaping their “rim jumps”. i’m not trying to be a “hater”, but i’ve seen a lot more impressive vertical jumps, and i never saw those guys post videos of them looking hard with a machete.

Me doing the same dunk over and over doesn’t change the fact that, when healthy and at my peak, I’ve hit 38-39" legit running vert. 12" gain on my running vert… Has nothing to do with dunks. I will get higher I just need to stay healthy, for example, in the last 3 weeks, i’ve had:

  • staph infection
  • turf toe/gout
  • flu
  • and someone tried to kill me

word, so my half squat went from 325 x 5 to 305 x 3.

perhaps, but who cares? I just enjoy making videos and I post them in this thread… i don’t give a fuck about “being impressive”, I just make videos.

#1: I can barely touch rim if I didn’t lift/train like I do… If all i did was play basketball every day and jump as hard as possible, i’d be knicking the rim with my fingertip.

#2: I don’t care about trick dunks, I enjoy what I’m doing.

#3: I wasn’t trying to look hard with the machete, it was a tricked out video trying to merge “horror movie like footage” into a dunk mix. I have nothing better to do and I don’t know what kind of videos to make.

#4: I don’t give a fuck about what other people can do in comparison to myself, good for them, congrats.

#5: I’m a natural endurance athlete, sub 5 miler, so power sports is not something I naturally excel at… I work my ass off for my current level of power.

#6: Whiteflash needs to buy a ruler and find out how “long” 12 inches is.

#7: Whiteflash needs to just post videos and shit his dumb fucking mouth and stop his weak ass hating.

Hi guys, vertical jump expert here, just showing yall my 50" running vert:

first dunk in 3 weeks… strength went way down due to staph infection, flu, ALMOST got murdered (ya unfortunately T-Nation, I survived), turf toe & gout.

half squat went from 325 x 5 to 305 x 3 in those 3 weeks, tried to maintain but was pretty tough.

happy about the dunk, legs (hams/glutes/quads) were extremely sore from 3 days in a row squatting.

a few serious injuries that i’ve had, that still rear their ugly head, i have to work through a lower back issue, partially torn hamstring tendon, occasionally achilles tendonitis, partial tear in an ankle ligament from excessive dorsiflexion, and a genetic issue in my sacral spine (some shit inside the spinal cord, flares when my glutes grow/if i put too mcuh stress on that area).

i’ve broken my wrist twice, “osgood schlotters”, partially tore MCL, dislocated a toe in half, broken fingers/knuckles from boxing/basketball, 2 broken ribs from dirtbike accident, sports hernia, achilles tendonitis, deltoid ligament tear in ankle, hm what else who knows… i aint whining im working.

you are barely getting off the ground in any of those dunk videos you have uploaded… so please, get a better cam and dunk on actual 10’ hoops… you claim to be 5’7, well, you’re definitely not 5’7 dunking on a 10’ in any of those videos.

Then maybe we can get this thread back on track with people who actually dunk on 10’ hoops and enjoy training vert.

Good god you’re a tool. I’ve posted several dunk vids, helped countless people and.made a mistake on the box height, which I immediately corrected. When you can do anything close to what I can, holler. I lift weights, drink beer and fuck more broads than you even associate with and can still out run and out jump your sad ass. When I put up my vids this week the only thing you can critique.is.the editing, 'cause there’s none. Otherwise shut the fuck up.

  1. you inflate your vert ridiculously and dunk on 9’10 hoops
  2. you box squat off 18" and talk shit about people’s “half squats”, LOL, when 18" box is above parallel for you
  3. you have a vertec pic with no video
  4. you have no sprint videos and sketchy dunk videos, unimpressive box jump videos

how am I “nowhere close” ? I jump 38-39 max (peaked), half squat 325 x 5 @ 152, and I actually dunk on 10’ rims… Unlike you, I have video of all of that on legit rims/vertec, you got crappy footage on sub 10’ rims… as far as speed, I’d probably smoke you there too but i havn’t officially measured in a long time. As far as basketball is concerned, I don’t play anymore either and havn’t in a long time but that wouldn’t even be close. You’d be lucky to land a punch on me in a boxing match.

The only thing you have on me is:
