For the last two weeks, I’ve been on a supplement regime of MD6, Methoxy7, pyruvate (don’t ask, I happen to have a lot of it so 5g per day is free). I’ve been “zig zagging” calories with the goal of averaging 2100 per day.
I’m a little guy, 5’10", 155 lbs. with estimated maintenance cals of 2600. The last two weeks, at average of 2100, I have indeed dropped 2+ lbs. on the scale.
I have a bottle of T2 and want to try a 2 week course of it. What supps do people recommend stacking with it? Should I keep to the reduced calories at the same level or should I go closer to typical maintenance cals?
I wish to reach 8% bodyfat and I am currently sitting at right around 10%.
Your advice is appreciated.
