Using Sled for Glutes/Hamstrings

Hi Coach, do you find the sled pull through an effective sled pull variation to train the glutes and hamstrings or would the bent over sled drag with rope between your legs be more effective, because of the constant tension throughout the movement?

I personally prefer the pull through. The bent over sled drag always fatigue my lower back too much.
