Anyone do it dragging sleds? I tried it out today, basically gassed before I fatigued. This was doing laps (from A to B back to A) that were only like 20 yards a few times.

One of you has got to have a sled here.
Just got a mild headache after pulling.
Do i do it dragging sleds? as in have sex while sled dragging? Or growing while dragging?
I find that 100m sprints are the best for getting your hamstrings/glutes going. Sitting down and pulling the sled to you in a hand-over-hand row is a good way to thrash your back. You can do a ton with the sled. just think about anything that needs horizontal pull/push.
getting the double handles and pressing the sled is great chest work.

Growth from a sled - I’m guessing this is hypertrophy we’re talking about and not gh.
If you gassed before you fatigued add weight and pull shorter distances. A 50 ft backwards drag with enough weight will pump my quads like nothing else.
I was using a sled and didn’t notice much in the way of growth but I was only brisking walking with it. It did help my cardio though. I suppose if you loaded it heavy and walked around with it, it would induce growth.
I got a prowler for Christmas… All I can say is WOW! I can see how that thing would induce some growth by running with it. If you can afford one, definitely get one. You can also drag it like a sled if you want.
The sled is the only thing which made me feel like crying…
