For the past two weeks I’ve been practicing Cosgrove’s “Complexes for Fat Loss” and messing around trying to figure out how to implement them into full workouts. I want to have a good workout plan including these complexes so I can go all out the next 4-6 weeks. I am having difficulty with this and I’m hoping someone can give advice. (I know this has been asked before but I couldn’t find the right posts using the search function.)
The complexes only take about 15min. Yes, they are killer but I don’t feel they are enough. So I guess my question is what kind of rep/set/rest scheme would be most appropriate to use after the complexes? I much prefer larger movement exercises too but would they be too repetitive after the complex?
