Opinions seem to be really different, ive. Seen a lot of bodybuilders say its better to be taking it 24/7 like @ironyuppie. Reasons seem to be more stable BP and longer stimulus of the androgen receptor, leading to more muscle in theory. On the other hand taking it pre workout is less strain on the liver, but BP wouldnt be stable and receptor would get less stimulus.
What do you guys thing would be a better option? 50mg oxy pre-workout or 25mg morning and 25mg later in the day.
If main objectives are a maximum amount of lean mass and all the mental benefits
Anavar? Don’t use abbreviations.
Take 25 in the AM and 25 sublingual pre WO.
What else are you taking with it?
Oxymetazoline?
I believe OP means oxymetholone
Well OP needs to clarify as he could be talking about oxycodone for all we know.
I believe he believes because he had specified what he was taking on another thread he started that he didn’t need to clarify “oxy” in this thread
I meant oxymetholone
Test e 400mg
Take 25 in the AM and 25 sublingual pre WO.
What is the reasoning behind this?
25mg morning and 25mg pre workout
So you have a steadier amount of the drug in your system 24/7 and you still get a boost pre WO.
Or just do split dose. Either way. Not gonna be a huge difference.
Is this only on training days? Or all days
I take it all days. Usually 4-5 weeks mid cycle when lifts stall.
Thanks, i shall try this out
I didn’t think it had action directly on the AR. It’s also got a long HL from what I read, so taking right before a workout may be good once you’ve been dosing it for a few days.
I use it off and on and I take it daily, but I do take before workouts and after a few days I will feel a boost. But I won’t feel it after taking one dose pre workout. Maybe injectable pre would be better.
Anyway, I like it and use it in short cycles.
Isn’t the HL pretty long?
You can certainly get away with once a day but in my experience I have found the way I laid it out to work best for me. As with everything we do personal mileage may vary.
Isn’t absorption time the critical issue? Half-life is more related to how long it is available to function (decreasing percentage of compound over time.)
I don’t know about critical issue, but yeah that would be important too if trying to time it pre-workout.
