I found the half-life of oxymetholone was 8 hours. Which means that if you take it once a day, assuming instant absorption, and you took 100mg/day then:
- In 8 hours, the effect of 50mg is working
- By 16 hours, the effect of 25mg is working
- By the time of the next dose, the effect of 12.5mg is working.
An AAS half-life of 8 hours is very short in my thinking. My dosing always focused on flattening the AAS curve as much as practical.
