I’ve been on Trt for 4 years and things are going well. I have been prescribed 200mg test cyp but don’t need that much… but have kept the scrip going for higher dose to build inventory…
My labs are good although Hemo/Hema sneaks into upper range and I give blood. I’m currently taking 100mg of test cyp weekly. My total free test is 735 which is just at the upper range of test (lifelabs Canada). My estradiol is high end of range. I take 1/2 mg Anastrozal 2x week. My SHBG is at top of range as well.
I have lots of extra inventory of test cyp…
So i’d like to try a stronger test cycle for three or four months. I’m looking for input

I have been a lifelong strength/bodybuilding enthusiast. Never done any steroids except Dr prescribed trt… Which has been fantastic…
My goals are to lose 8% body fat, and shed the dad body, yet build as much muscle as possible… I am well built and have visible upper abs but carry the fat around belt line.
Lose 20lbs, then blast whatever you want. You can cut a lot harder while on trt. You’d be surprised how much you can hold on to even with your current dose. Since you’ve got a good base already and you can make absolutely monstrous gains on a well-crafted blast. But at your current weight/bf you’re going to have a harder time balancing out the muscle gains with the fat gains. You know all this already though. Trust me when I tell you to be patient. You put in years of time, right? So what’s another few months?
I agree with the losing 20 pounds business. I’m working towards 225 by mid November, its tough in my line of work with long hours and stress. I like Keto because seems to tackle cravings.
Something like 10-12 weeks with test/NPP/anavar or test/NPP/mast. You have high SHBG so lowering that will make better use of the test you’re already taking. Hell, you might do great by just adding a lower dose of mast and doubling your current test dose. You’ll have to play around with the numbers while you consider the best way to reach your goal.
I’ve investigated Anavar, but can’t get it. At this point in my career, i’m not a huge fan of underground gear. I wanna know exactly what I put into my body and have the conversation with my Dr…
Find a non-sponsored message board (Meso is your best bet). Read the underground section. Read. Read. Read. You’ll know who’s legit and who’s a scammer.
Alternative: UK-based supplement sites sell some good “prohormones” that are in fact simply designer steroids that work very, very well. You can get epistane and see how it goes for you. Personally it’s my favorite oral on the planet and I can get it shipped to my door from a reputable, major company within a few days. Not the perfect alternative, but maybe a way to dip your toe in the water without going full-dark side.
Stay away from Reditt. Watch for schills. People will create accounts and positive reviews for shit products just to help them move their supply. Check out Meso like Iron said. They are fast to call bullshit on people.
Do some more research on these forums, ask more questions, get to “know” some of the guys around here. Some of the good ones have email addresses attached to their profiles that I am sure they wouldnt mind answering questions about sources once you have gained some trust.
I wouldnt just email anyone asking about sources right away as that would feel fishy.
From mutiple people I know who used epistane, they banged their liver up. I dont know what it is about epistane but it dosent agree with the liver that much.
A few fuys I know, after about 5 weeks of epistane their entire body would be covered in raised, itchy red patches. Looked pretty bad.
Just some fyi for when you possibly explore sources. When you look at the reviews, all positive means planted reviews, all negative means shit source, you want a mix. I use to always look for guys bitching about shipping time. Just about every source claims 24-48 hour ship and that is just BS. They have to collect the wired money(you might wire money in the middle of their night) then they get the order together and then the waiting begins…what I mean is they have to wait for their guy in the post/parcel service office to work so he can rubber stamp their stuff through. I use to use a source where it was obvious they did customs inspection at the place where they put it in the mail. Ultimately their guys does not work everyday. So look for reviews that say good product but bitch about time frame. Also those 7-10 ship times are shit two expect 3 to maybe 4 weeks if the package has to wait until the shipping container fills up.
Also even if you get a domestic source expect to wire money out of the country like eastern Europe, middle eat like just past the Mediterranean or China. Well that’s how ”domestic" US sources work I would think Canada would be pretty close.
Late to the party, but agree with most of the responses. Especially the lose weight response. Not to be a doubting Thomas, but I doubt you are 18% BF, and that is kind of the key issue. At 18%, you’re 201 pounds of LBM at 5’11", that’s fucking beefy.
On the other hand, if you want to cut, it’s kind of a waste of T, but it’s effective. However, you’re better off cutting and then running a cycle.
I’d just do the standard 500 mg E7D with an AI if you need it.
Those stats beat the 50’s era bodybuilders, and not by a little in most cases. You are absolutely correct to be a doubting Thomas.
Just think Frank Zane was 5’9", and was 190 lbs on stage. Say he had 5% BF, so he had right around 180 lbs of lean tissue, and was on steroids. OP is 2" taller, which means in the same condition he should weigh 10-15 lbs more, which would still put him at 5 lbs less than he claims.
No disrespect OP. Most people underestimate their BF %. Most likely you are 25% BF or higher.
The stats would actually be above average if OP was currently an AAS user.
For what it is worth, BF is elusive. At 196 I was 15% on my scale, 9% when I used calipers on myself, three site measurement.
I had a guy (I’m in NY, we all gotta guy) that I was working with, a DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy) and he measured me with legit calipers, and he got me at 18%. I looked pretty good, visible abs (not a six pack) and pretty muscular.
I think the mirror test is mo betta. I looked rocking at the aforementioned 18%.
Later, I dieted down to 174 and 11% - looked like I was sick.

In fact you just motivated be to move away from calipers on myself and go get a comp scan done… I want to nail this down. I’ve avoided all things off label my entire life. TRT has been fantastic to recapture my strength, size and libido. Now i’m ready to put a cherry on my lifes work. I’m sick of heavy squats, bench and deadlifts without noticeable gains. My body can’t take the beating any longer. It’s time for some pharma help…
I agree though, 18 years ago before kids and life took hold, I prepped for a show. I got to 198 at 9%. My perspective was I looked like crap, felt like crap. Until the mountain of ice cream and cake I ate hit my muscles afterwards.
Hey @iron_yuppie I’m about to receive some epi, 20mg caps… everything I’m reading says I’ll need to split the dose and run 10mg 3 times a day every 7 hours. Is this necessary? Obviously being they are caps it makes it more difficult to split.
The cycle I will be running is: 200mg test e, 800mg EQ, 400mg mast e, and epi first 4-6 weeks.
