Unpredictable Workouts

I’m currently focusing on fat loss and am using 10X3 for fat loss but the problem I currently have is I am a Senior in High school and have just started Gym class, part of Gym class is Weight lifting one or two times a week.

So I’m wondering If I should change to a different program while I am forced to workout at the school gym which isnt very well equip and I cannot do several of the exercises (squats and dead lifts especially)

Tell your PE teacher that you’d rather play Dodgeball while the girls cheer you on with chants of “Go get 'em Penis!”

I dont know how to respond really. Lol.

What kind of gym doesn’t have the equipment to do deadlifts?

you could just do upper body stuff in class and then do your squats and deads where you normally do them. with the time you’d normally lift upper body outside of school, you could add in some cardio or nepa to help with your fat loss goals. if your teacher wants you to do tbt in class, throw in calves and maybe hip ad/abductor stuff.

You are a senior in high school. What is the problem? If you say overtraining then go with the dodgeball suggestion.

ok ill just do the best I can with what I have for now and keep normal workout also, thanks for the suggestions and unwanted comments lol
