Happens me from time to time… I like to take the “ignore it and it’ll go away approach”.
Give it abit if a warm up… stretch it out. lik you would a cramp
haha alright ill go with the ignore it approach its worked well so far
Happens to me all the time, nothing to worry about. It has happened to my dad for his whole life, not a big deal. annoying: yes; bad: no
Do you supplement Magnesium, Calcium and Zinc?
Another thing, if you eat a lot of grains or seeds that are not soaked, sprouted or fermented you can have trouble absorbing enough minerals, especially if you are weight-training and have a fairly enormous requirement for Zinc and Magnesium in particular.
yeah I have muscle twitches all the time, a lot more often if I’m sitting for a long period of time. So maybe if your at job where your sitting a lot, get up stretch once in a while. They are not a problem though a lot of people get them some more some less.
alright thanks ill stretch more at work that will probably help
It’s not uncommon for my glutes to do that. No problems so far.
myoclonic twitching, as long as it isnt painful its fine.
I used to get it my shoulders, my delts would twitch while sitting down for prelonged periods
The only time this bothers me is when I’m trying to go to sleep. Otherwise it is a very minor annoyance.
You need to convert to Scientology.
Pretty common thing. Usually means your muscles need some rest.
Its usually a sign of a taxed nervous system or slight fraying of the nerves in the muscles that are twitching.
I get them from time to time, don’t think its really a big deal.
Probably wouldn’t hurt to backoff/ deload for a week.
