Just a qucik kinesiology question. If your only upper body pressing exercises were close-grip bench presses and military presses would you be hitting all three heads of the triceps? In other words would you get balanced tricep development with just heavy close-grip bench presses and heavy military presses?
I don’t think I’d limit myself totally to those, but close grip bench is great for tri’s, expecially if you do as Waterbury suggested in his ‘Branding Iron’ column and do end-range lock-outs super heavy. Did those yesterday. Ouch.
