Heads of the triceps

Do different tricep exercise target different parts of the triceps? I ask because the long head of the tricep, on the inside of my arm, in overdeveloped compared to the muscle on the outside of my arm. Are there any exercises I can do to develope the shorter head of the tricep?

I have read in a few places the amt of recuitment of the outer triceps head is dependant on the load. Over head silly looking arpit displays are not my bag, as I prefer real lifts instead of the mis-named, “isolation” moves. Try increasing the load and performing a few more sets. instead of the universal 310, maybe 55??? you are sure to get suggestions about "why don’t you triple drop sets of blankety blanks giant setted with blah blahs and wuss wuss. Wave load it and vary your body position while looking east. Can’t wait for those.
Also, is it a body fat level issue perhaps?

different exercises defintely work different heads. i hurt the tendon or tricep head on the outside of my arm and couldn’t do dumb bell extensions, tate presses, press down with girlie weights. but my bench and shoulder pressing was unaffected. i would assume that the exercises i mentioned hit the out side head.
