Triceps Long Head, Elbow Clicks

Everytime I do any type of movement that emphasizes the long head of the tricep
My right elbow kinda clicks on the negative . It doesnt really hurt but it bothers . I tried warming up my elbows witha couple sets of push downs and dips but no difference. The exercises that causes this is any overheas extensions and any skull type of skull crushers

Well, if it doesn’t hurt then you might not worry about it…but a better approach might be to use different exercises. If you want to emphasize the long head, do it in a post fatigue fashion–do bench, or dips, then do a light exercise for the long head in higher reps and not going to failure, just get a good pump. Less weight on the exercises in question might help avoid aggravation. If it doesn’t help with less weight and already having blood in there from the bench press, you might want to avoid them for the moment and figure out what went wrong.

Yeah my left elbow does that and so does my left knee. Pressdowns are the worst for it in my case. I’ll do 2-3 warm up sets but then as soon as i add some weight it just clicks anyway. I can do things like incline skull crushers (going behind the head) with no discomfort once warmed up.

I have a similar thing occasionally. I am no expert but in my case i suspect it comes from not enough shoulder stability. I am working to reinforce my RC for better stability.
For me computer time with bad posture lead to a shoulder higher than the other. I corrected that, now i also work on romboids to correct posture. Maybe some more pulling might be helpfull.
All the best !
