Trap Bar Deadlift Vs Power Squat

The most quad dominant deadlift variation vs the most hip-dominant squat variation - which one is more hip dominant overall? Btw I am talking about DEFICIT trap bar deadlifts, because normal ones don’t give enough ROM, imo.

A related question - if deficit trap-bar deadlifts are your main ‘hip dominant’ move, (so you do front squats for quad and deficit trap bar deadlifts for posterior chain for example) - is your training going to be leaning too much towards quad work? So your quads will over-power your posterior chain in that example and you’d end up with an unbalanced physique?

there’s your “hip dominance”

and why pick one? mix n match deadlift variations and squat variations…
