Been following this for a couple of months, what program should i now transition to increase my 1RM and my strength? I’m thinking to just move onto 3x3. Any ideas?
Here’s a strength focused plan from coach. It’s pretty high frequency compared to what you’ve been doing. But it has lots of fancy methods like the 5x5 program, only used to get strong.
You could also check out “Simple Guaranteed Size & Strength” from the Thib Army site.
It’s 4 sessions per week, for 12 weeks, laid out in “blocks”, based on being strongest at the end. A couple guys here have has success with it.
